Well, The flyers has been a problem fore quite som time. As you say the tend
to dominate the game.

Earlier we have tried to make armylists (instead of cards). Failing to
balance the game this way, we've decided to go back to the cards. I still
think we will use the flyers as any other units, with the movement
restrictions mentioned earlier. Then they wont dominate the game and they
are definately not worth the points.... So I don't think we will be using
them much anyway.... Unless someone comes up with a really brilliant rule
for them.

Do as we do, put them on the tabletop, and use orde counters as usuall.

Movement
Figthers have a move of 80 cm, Fighterbombers 70, and Transports/Bombers
60cm, with the movement and manuverabilityrestrictions I mentioned
yesterday.

Firstfire
Only landet Transports may fire in the firstfire fase. (Not their barrage
weapons!!!! As they are useless on the ground!)

Charge
Give your flyers Charge orders to engage other flyeres in CC or to drop of
your assault troops from your transports. Only flyers may engage flyers in
close combat (They may not fire at each other either, this is represented by
entering innto CC) resolv as usuall. Then roll the scatter dice twice to see
where they are at the end of the CC.(You might let the loosers crash on the
tabletob, we don't).

Advance
Give the flyers advance orders to attack ground units. Resolv as usuall.

This is basically how we do it and it seems to work just fine.... Rune might
be of a different oppinion thoug, but I'm sure he'll let us know.
