Good point. But as you said, the infantry were ihidden in ruins and rough
terrain. In the open, I'd not fancy my chances against a tank-mounted heavy
machine gun.

Perhaps change the rules so that all units except infantry and dreadnought
get half CAF in ruins etc? Might not apply to titans which can easily stomp
infantry hidden behind walls, and close assault other warmachines ignoring
any minor terrain under their feet.
