You Know I am not sure but the since the Slann are considered the best
psykers I would give them a 3+. I misunderstood about the Slann titans. They
should have a psychic save equal to an eldar titan because of their psychic
potential (not the Warlock titan though). But remember warlord titans get
their save because of the void shields.
