I agree that eldar should be deadly but fragile. But putting the reactor in
front is rather silly. Why not reduce their armour a bit here and there?

This is very true. The oomies have always had the advantage of a wider range
of tech (allthough more primitive) while the eldar use ancient ritualised
approaches to warfare. Also...the current wepaons are so powerfull that they
hardly need any more.

A chap once wrote in White Dwarf that an army is characterized more by the
stuff that aren't in it, than the stuff thats in it.

So don't spoil the balance and hand the eldar ALL the advantages....
