Hi!

Actually thats not a bad idea at all. On defense the system would balance
the odds then fight as normal. On attack it doesn't work and you could stomp
to your hearts content using standard close combat rules. During the movment
phase the titan could stomp at a cost 0f 2cm of its move. Close combat would
be immediate when stomping.
