Excuse me, I'm not very expert with Epic, so it may be a silly proposal...
But what about a "If the Titan is not the target of the shot, then it may
benefit from a 3+ unmodified save, because the firing unit doesn't know
where exactly it is, so it may be hit just by sheer luck..."?
This should help recucing abuses... (Of course I may be wrong...)
It's quite similar to Luca's one (1/3 chances of not scattering, if
I understood well), but a little faster...



Be unpredictabe. If your opponent doesn't know what to expect from you,
he won't be able to counter-act poperly.
