That is a good idea with random hit locations but I was referring to the
shotgun mode and penetration mode. They worked nicely but the scatter for
the shotgun mode is a good idea because at 6BPs the shotgun mode hits on a
4+ and it was very effective in taking out massed troops accurately. Using
your idea I think the shotgun mode should scater 1d6 cm in direction of
scater die or 2d6. Whereas the penetration mode wouldn't scatter at all.
