Peter,
Lets say your skull hamma is on adavance orders and the troops are on charge
orders. You can't advance the skull hamma and then at that time disembark
the the ork boyz with charge orders. They would have lost the time to charge
unless of course they were command units. They would have to disembark
before the skullhamma moved to charge. Also if the skullhamma is on charge
and the troops are on advance you can't move the troops out when the
skullhamma charges. They have to wait until the advance phase. This is how
we have been playing it for 9 years.
