[NetEpic ML] Polls and Imperial Guard

Hi!

I have sent out several polls and the issues pending regarding the space
marines and other side issues.

While that takes care of itself we may as well dive into the IG lists.

The only thing I would change is of course the deathstrike missiles.

Please give your opinions on the various points:

1. How many type of ordinance they get? They currently have three, cut down
number?
2. How missile move, this has changed from the original rules which were
pretty bad (IMO).
3. Can they be shot down and how?

If you got another unit you think needs discussing please do so.
