Hi!

Heavy vehicle bolters are pretty ubiquitous and standard already. Its that
many wound up getting more range or better to hit, who deserves a better
weapons? Eldar have shuriken, I'm not refering to those, but those who use
bolters-type weapons, mainly humans and orks (chaos too).

I could agree with a varying to hit by army type, but not the varying ranges
and attack dice.
