The folks I used to play with experimented with giving Tactical
Marines (only-not Assault or SW or etc) 2 shots when on First Fire.
I think they based it off of something in 40K...personally it seemed
pretty ugly...

Or, to really complicate matters, a -1 save mod vs infantry only ;)

Gakk! I dunno. I think Ork Boyz have a big enough advantage in that
they have Nob backup!
