Members will decide on titan close
combat rules. Alterantives 2 and 3
outweigh alternative number one for
majority vote.

  o Keep the current titan defense rules (electrohull)
  o Rule where the whole assaulting force is considered one attack (Warprat rules, read post for the details)
  o Increase titan CAF's and use standard close combat rules for all titans
