Hi!
I think thee are good changes and makes the units powers very local and
protective of themselves.
Also we'll keep the 25% rule where the player picks a "core" force and may
not select more than that from othe "slann" forces. It is difficult to make
an all true slann army since their units are few, by necesity they need the
necron, so true slann and necron count as ONE force for the 25% rules, while
exodites and dracon make up the other two.
Actually to keep it simple we should divide the army in two parts, the true
slann/necron which by background always has acting together, so an army who
takes this as its core can only take up to 25% of exodites and dracon. The
second armor is the exodite army with exodites and dracon, they can have up
to 25% of true slann/necron.
Hows that?
