For one thing the damn APC's should belong to the company and remain in
coherency. I wouldn't feel right lending my rhinos from a battle company to
a squad of scouts. That's like the 5th company of scouts saying "hey you can
we borrow your transportour transports you can walk". That rule has to
change because it allows the Slann player the option of not buying APC's and
enabling them to purchase more support cards. The Squats have to buy all
their APC's.

The other thing is the price of the APCs compared to other races" APCs. For
the most part the army cost is fair but looking at an APC with 2 shots at 5+
to hit and -2 save mod the only thing that comes close is the Falcon
grav-tank. Make them 125 or 150 points and make the adjustments for support
and company cards accordingly.

The Necrons are fine but the skinks shouldn't get a save. They are scouts
and must be lightly armored. Their break point should also be lowered
because they aren't elites either.

Also you need to look at the break points they aren't consistent. I know
this is to show their resilency but they should be uniform at all 66 or 75%.
Choose which one is fairest. The Squats have the best breakpoints and you
pay for it in VPs. Maybe do the same and leave them as they are.

My opinions. Those scalies can be beaten though.
