New NetEpic site

From my esperience that kind of site is so beautifull the first time you
enter, less the second time and definitely not worth the third time :-(
I'm not saying that we have to do something without any pic or special
effect but the most important thing is to think about content not graphics.

If it takes me every time 10 minutes to enter into the main sections I don't
think I'll go there too often ..... ;-)

No flash or similar, tooooo slooow

NB: this is only my 50 lire, something could be used but not too much
