Definately they are poorly trained saps and cannon fodder

Nice touch. Every hive city has these and would be draft in times of need.
As a special carc tehy are fine.

Definately. These guys require more training and would not be all that
available at company strength. As support cards they are fine.

Ah! One of my favorites and the rules follow closely what happens to them
when they are not doing what they are supposed to. Great!
>Commissar: as a special card and costing 50 points.
Fine, there are always a couple of these hanging around every planet.

These could be called rogue psykers, since duely trained ones are either in
the IG or astropaths.

I'd leave them both, all branches of the Imperial army get them since they
are limited in use and scope.

The russ is sorta like the T-34 of the Imperium, its eveywhere. I think any
planetary force would have a lot of these in its armored force.

These are pretty elite equipment, I would say as special cards.

Nice touch, I like it..

Agreed.

Agreed.

Agreed.

I think these flyers are pretty standard everywhere using the same ones is
alright.
