Draft PDF armylist

My vision of the PDF is generally the following:

PDF follows all IG command rules.

Infantry:
Tactical company. As IG but with morale level of 5.

Hive Gang "company" as a special card. This would have organization like Ork
clans: one large unit of Infantry and a command unit of several stands.
Armed with short ranged weapons and having CAF of +1.

Heavy and Assault infantry available as support cards only. These specialist
troops are most likely trained in large numbers only in IG.

Penal company. Half the size of a tactical company. Morale level of 3; out
of fear and desperation. If forced to fall back orders, one stand destroyed
immediately (explosive collars) and they may make another morale check. If
this is failed, they are on fall back orders and loose one stand each turn
until they either rally or are destroyed. Only one Penal company per 2
tactical companies allowed.

Commissar: as a special card and costing 50 points.

Forward observer as a special card.

Sanctioned Psyker as a special card.

Grey Knights and Inquisitors? Inquisitors should IMO be available but GKs
probably not unless they happened to be on the planet at time of the
invasion.


Vehicles:
Leman Russ company: as IG including morale (4) the reason being that they
have somewhat "elite" status given their special training.

Sabre company: this is a cheap vehicle ideal for the second-line forces of
PDF. 3 platoons of 3 Sabres and a command Sabre.

Baneblade, Shadow Sword and Stormhammer available as support cards.

Vindicators available as support cards.

Artillery tractor platoon: 3 artillery tractors used to tow artillery. move
20cm, save 5+, CAF 0, heavy bolter: AD 1, range 15, to hit 6+.

Artillery & AA:
Light artillery company: 2 batteries of Mole Mortars and one battery of
Thudd guns plus two command stands and a rhino.
Heavy artillery company: 3 batteries of 3 Earthshakers (the gun on
basilisks) plus two command stands and a rhino.

Basilisks and Manticores available as support cards.

Bombards available as special cards.

Hydra AA gun battery: 3 AA guns without the SP platform.

Antintank company: 2 batteries of Tarantulas and 1 of Rapiers plus two
command stands and a rhino.

Infantry Gun platoon: 4 autocannons.

Air force:
Marauders and Thunderbolts available as special cards; I have thought about
regular, non space-capable fighter and fighter bomber which would be support
cards.
