A 20% off on fortifications may work just fine. What wil be the size of a
tac PDF company? Same as a IG or bigger?

I think this about covers it; any other additions? The PDF is basically Poor
man's IG, less units and even more static with nearly all artillery being
towed. One more addition I could think of: fortifications for PDF should
cost less, say 20% off the price, since they are supposed to be in prepared
positions. What do you think?
