You are going to use convict troops, aren't you? Instead of having a
Deathstrike Missile Battery the PDF could have a Deathstrike missile (just
the one to show they were saving it for a time of need) at a cost of 100pts.
I mentioned earlier of Guerilla troops that could be used as their scouts.
