Necron changes

1} Necron foot troops only would lose there fixed saves, and only have the repair roll of 5+

2} All Necron infantry would be able to repair from Close Combat

3} Necron Lords will keep there fixed save, battle suits, and repair roll

4} Necron raiders Comp Card will now cost 800pts

5} Necron Assault Comp Card will now cost 1000pts

6} Scarab Protectors will now cost 100pts

7} Necron radiers and assault Support cards will be dropped by 100pts

8} All else will remain the same
