Hi!
As I stated before snap fire is not much of an issue in my games or the ones
I have refereed over the years. Some try to abuse it and quickly find out
that they wasted support fire with a -1 penalty to hit and lose the game.
The only true alid uses of snap fire are:
To destroy transports with troops inside
To stop an enemy from reaching an objective with cover modifiers
Anything beyond this usually wastes firepower and is better done in the
regular combat phase.
