The codex details the THIRD battle for Armageddon. Ghazgkull just dont admit
defeat so he has launched a new invasion.
The steel legions are just a name for mechanized IG forces. They are still
IG.
The PDF detailed in Codex Armageddon are the PDF of Armageddon with hive
gang militia and stuff
