Well, after the exchange between me and Peter a while back, I posted
a timeline with the major events splitted in seven periods. Seeing as
no replies were generated, I just let it drop. I still have the
original post, I can resend it if anyone's interested. But I'm not
going to rewrite the whole SM history all by myself :-)
