Hi!

well... first the cost is high 1000 points for 12 stands is very high and
easy to lose those 10VP since they may be deep in enemy territory and cut
off, second they'd use the grey knight rules for teleport, there is a chance
for landing on target but also for deviation, you may find those stands in
open ground and get shot to pieces. I'd leave it as an optional rule for
now, but its something to test and see.
