Just a note on the "air seal" on the tanks, they can breath through air
recyling as in modern air sealed tanks and ships, for nuclear, bio and
chemical warfare.
This does not mean that you can use tanks as subs as the recycler would get
"drowned". Sorry for the reality injection but it can be done.
