If I remember correctly from the WH fantasy RPG, the skaven are just as
tough as orcs, some even tougher, thats not poor quality! (Just not as
though as Slann....)
One could use giant rats from fantasy line miniatures as mounts for cavalry,
bats as flyers with sonic screams and high CAF. It should be possible to
find some suitable walkers also...
If you want to take on the project I gladly co-pilot...

I read an article about skavens in WD last night, and got to thinking,
didn't someone propose that we make a NetEpic skaven army list a while back?
That would have been sort of cool I think! Of course the availability of
suitable minis will be a problem. Perhaps it could be used to make a
Chaos/Nurgle sub list?
Some ideas, large poore quality infantry companies, plage monks with nurgle
like powers, powerfull psyckers, infiltration troops that can pop out of the
sewers and enter buildings on the tabletop. Large warp stone powered
warmachines, detachments of Ratoger close assault troops, giant-rat packs
etc. etc.
The new smaller version of Kurita/Davion infantry could be used as troops,
other than that beastmen would do nicely I think, as for vehicles I'm sort
of dry on ideas....
Well just a thought anyway, would be nice to se a space rat army!
