Sorry, but I play skaven in WFB and they are NOT tought as orc (T3 vs T4,
humans are T3), they have more or less the same characteristic as a goblin
:-)
The only ones that are tougher are rat ogre (to better understand they cost
45 pts vs 5 pts for a normal skaven).
