Hi All!

Well I don't see what all the fuss is about.

A couple of points:

1) If an enemy charging unit moves first, early in the turn, friendly
units on charge can respond. These friendly reserve units can be
used to even up the individual combats when units are paired off.

Advance units can be moved into good firing positions, and fire on
the victorious enemy attackers.

2) When charging late in the turn, most of the other moves have been
already revealed, snap fire against the chargers is more effective.

Charging late, also means that Key Areas will have already been taken
by your enemy. Units can have been put in place to block. Remember
that you can not get within 1cm of an enemy, unless you intend to CC.

3) Locking up enemy detachments with suicide attackers is very much
in the spirt of the game. A few units sell thier lives, to buy time
for thier comrades. The very essence of the Warhammer Universe.

4) Alternating movement by detachment evens things out. You gang up
on my Medic, by racing jet bikes in to get him, (Not moving within
1cm of any of my other units.) I respond, by sending my rhinos into
the fray. After you win CC against the rhinos, I shoot you in the
Advance Phase.

Lets just keep it simple please. Free movement means you don't have
to worry about situations where you are attacking two units split to
the right and left of an Objective. Just attack the stands near the
Objective itself.

Comments?
