Couple Questions

First, In the Ork Army List the Bike Boys support card is listed as 5
bikeboy stands and no nobs. Is this a Typo?
Should it read 4 boyz and 1 Nob?
How do you get additional nobs into this mob if it is not a typo?
Also do they join with the Kult of speed or are they a sperate mob?

Second, when is Chaos 4.0 due to be out?
