according to "Space Marine Battles"
Ragnar Blackmane has:
move: 10 , saving throw: 4+ fixed , caf: 8+ ,wpn.: bolt pistol,
range: 15 , attack dice: 2 , roll to hit: 4+ , save mod.: -1
His battle cry: all Space Wolf infantry within 35 cm have their orders
changed to charge. they move triple their normal move. Long Fangs have
restraint to remain unaffected. they do not have to go onto charge orders
unless you want them to.
