Hi!

Correct, the current 4.1 layout which has been completed and is being
proofread by yet another member to insure accuracy is as follows:

Armies of the Imperium that includes, space marines, IG and tech guard
Defenders of the Imperium which includes SOB and PDF

Note the multiple armies in one book are for convience and reducing
redundancy, each army is stand alone, allies are optional.

As soon as the final proofreading is done they will be available in the
vault for review.
