HHuumm I brought this up for the Iron Warriors for Chaos and was shot down now it seems ok to just give it to Imp powers.

    Up to 2000 points; 3 OPs held at the start of the game, 2 if allied
    forces is present.

    Over 2000 points; 4 OPs held at the start of the game, 3 if allied
    forces is present.

    What do you all think of this?
