Let me get this straight.

A Mork head is just a Mork head. It has a Scorcher turret and does the
morale dance.

A Gork head can be fitted with either an Observation turret OR Da Gaze of
Gork......plus it does the morale dance.

How is it that Ork Gargant weapons can do so many different things?
