Hi!
Rough riders are classified as cavalry/walkers not infantry so they could
benefit from transport. Of course something the size of a hellbore makes you
wonder, and quite frankly I could imagine it transporting livestock, but for
the sake of balance and fairness they are not infantry classes units.
