RE: [NetEpic ML] Conflicting Rules

You might be right when it comes to this being the counting rule, but
arguing that "it is more specific and should therefore take presedence"
doesn't really do it for me... If this was our general rule, the army with
the best wording would always win any conflict. Fair? I think not... I'd be
happy to sort out the wording of the chaos rules though (as long as we all
agree to them up front).

The text for the confessor reads:
"The Imperial Confessor and any detachment that he joins is completely
immune to morale tests and never take one for any reason."

I would argue that this would include both moral, and terror test. And
since this power is more specific than the chaos power it should take
presidens.

The power would over ride the rule becouse it is using you moral leavel
as a save not as a brake test This applyes to all GW games sence they
cabined willpower and leadership stats

The power should be worded as take a willpower test by using the target
brake test number

      Hi,

This Topic is a real pain for me. There are rules that come into
conflict
with each other, most often these revolve around moral testes.

For instance if you include a Confessor in a detachment, the rules
state
that that detachement he joins won't make a moral check for any
reason. Then
you have Chaos powers that state that every unit, even those that
normaly
don't take moral tests, should make a moral test. There are several
excaples
of this "Conflict of Moral", which rule should take presidens?
