If you are referring to the rules to the first edition game, yes, they
are and will be available at the EpiCentre at:
http://www.webbsoft.org.uk/NetEpic/
Note the website is partially down due to the restructuring that is
taking place to put all the new files on it. If you can wait till then I
or Tom (the webmaster) will announce when it is available.
If you'd like I can send it directly, but the files are large and in PDF
format. I would need to know if you can handle the size through your
connection.
