Hi!

It can be played after movement. While going first has its advantages, does it really matter? After all movement in net epic is alternating, so even if he moves second he still has his whole army minus one unit to choose from, hardly a difference. Of course it means less in turn one, since he has to move too to be in range. It can be effective, but like everything chaos, you need to get used to counter moves.
