The basic game will be kept pretty simple, but I will add a whole
shell of advanced rules, these two would be in there.

Thats one change made, now you activate move and fire at any point
during move, there are penalties to fire if you move.

This sounds like a great advanced rule.

As itstands its pretty simple, hit, roll penetration die versus
armor, weapons divided in anti-personel, all-purpose and anti-armor.

Hehe, the goal is to have a real bare-bones basic set and a real
elaborate advance set of rules that can be added or subtracted to
taste, this will give good flexibility to those who use the system.
