Net epic 4.1 completed!

Hi!

I have finished my editing on version 4.1 that includes all the
updating and changes discussed recently. Daniel will be putting on
the finishing touches and uploading it to the vault soon. Once I get
the Slann beta file back that too will be finalized to make the
revision complete.
