4.1 slann file

Hi!

The correct version with updates for the slann is now available in the
files section.

The spawnguard and gravguard have the proposed different weapons and
company cost.

For simplicity the conversion fields on necron vehicles have been putin
the special rules for necron vehicle section and have been made
standarized. A necron vehicle save never drops below 5+ regardless of
weapon modifier.

Please review the books for any errors.
