in one turn (they have multable heavy weapons)and 100 tactical SM can t kill
a dreadnought their weapons can t punch the derads armor

Tactical troops carry 1 heavy weapon (usually a missile launcher which CAN
kill dreads) per 10 troopers.
100 tac's would carry 10 AT shots. Add meltaguns to this and they will have
a chance.
BUt I agree that saves on all dreadnoughts should be one lower. Dont give
them more weapons though
