Something like: High damage (14-15) and multiple wounds (x3 at least. Meltas
are as powerfull as a missile launcher)
Limit the weapon to short range. If using standard Warzone vehicle rules,
consider meltaguns to be anti-tank weapons
Dont make them too accurate. +1 at point-blank and no modifier at short
range, or possible 0 / -1
