Hello. I've just joined the mailing list and have been a long time Epic
fan. Discovering NetEpic has reignited the fire of the Great green
tide.

Being out of Epic for about 5-6 years now. I have a pretty stupid
question to ask, re bolters

Do bolters have to have a modifier to take out shields and/or tanks?
