Hi!
Sounds good to me! I like units that have that air-cav feel, like
modern rangers and such.
They should be a special card probably or an expensive support card.
Then again a company card that may only attach "air-cav" units may be
good too.
The infantry would probably be assault troops, with +1 CAF, the
transports should have only heavy bolters (sorta like a Vietnam troop
carrier).
Would be nice to see pictures, go for it!
