Another 2 Questions

1) once a pulsa rokkit has warmed up does the 12cm template stay on the
table until it wears out, or do you keep changing it back to the small
one after each roll.

2) Does the proximity of a warboss/warlord have any bearing on moral
rolls. If a warboss dies do you have to check moral for anything
nearby. Or can he lend assistance to nearby broken units?
