Hi!
You are not hassling people with these questions, the very point of this list is to answer questions like this. I have played Space Marines/epic for 9 years or some, and still, almost after every game, a question or two pops up!
I would have been nice with a NetEpic Q&A but I dont think there are any at this point.
Now the barrages: One barragetemplate downs one shield, provided it has a tsm of at least -1. If the titan has no shield, work out hits as usual from the direction of the firer.
