The way my group plays we baiscally do what ever we want with moving, with
in reason. Obviously you cant charge past one detachment in trying to get
to another, but you should be able to move troops as you wish. It does
specifically say for the eldar avatar he must move directly towards the
nearest enemy. To me this sounds like he is an exception to the norm.
