        The Land Raiders are not, IIRC, actually driven
by veteran marines. The 100 men per chapter has always
referred to the number of marines on foot or on bikes/
speeders AFAIK and not to drivers, gunners, pilots,
dreadnoughts, or whatever. So you shouldn't be able to
use more than 20 stands of Terminators at one time (20
stands * 5 termies per stand = 100 termies), if they're
all from the same chapter.
