        And they probably are in E40k - it's just that they already
have the Hero ability, so wearing Termie armor doesn't give them
anything extra (in epic terms). For a Deathwing detachments, you
can just stipulate that any captain or librarian has to be shown
wearing Termie armor.

        I don't see why. The deathwing is merely the DA's 1st
company, and it has Librarians just like everyone else's 1st company.
