[Epic] Titans with close combat weapons - new one

Hello I'm back with another strange idea about titans and close combat
weapons - If you have a titan with a close combat weapon (which doubles your
assault factor vs other warengines), what if you are fighting vs a
combination of infantry and warengines - e.g. 2 infantry stands and one
titan vs one titan with a close combat weapon. What is the assault factor
of the guy with the close combat weapon?
